Prof. Markus Lager
Markus Lager is an architect and Professor of Interdisciplinary Timber Construction at Erfurt University of Applied Sciences, where he co-directs SPENI. He studied architecture at TU Braunschweig and co-founded Kaden+Lager GmbH in 2014, a practice known for innovative timber construction. He is currently partner of lagerschwertfeger GmbH. A member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects since 2011 and the BDA since 2019, he held a guest professorship for Innovation in Timber Construction at the University of Stuttgart from 2020 to 2022 before joining FH Erfurt in 2023.
